SHIPPING POLICY

Store Routing and Fulfillment

Please ensure you select the right country and currency on the top right of the website; this ensures there is available stock and accurate currency. PİSİFİK operates a single global online store and a centralized fulfillment center. Your order will be carefully inspected, packed, and shipped directly from our global headquarters to provide the most efficient delivery experience.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.


Orders placed before 1:00 PM (GMT+3) on business days are typically processed on the same day.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed on the following business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with your tracking details. During new collection launches and peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays in Türkiye (the country of the shipping warehouse).

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout. We offer expedited global shipping. Typical transit times are:


Global Standard Shipping (US, EU, UK, Rest of World): 4–8 business days

Domestic Shipping (Türkiye): 1–3 business days

These timeframes are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, mandatory customs inspection in the destination country, weather, or peak season volume.

Damage Inspection Upon Delivery (Mandatory)

When receiving your package, you are strictly required to inspect the exterior of the parcel while the courier is present. If there is any visible damage, tear, or wetness on the package, you must refuse the delivery and request a "Damage Assessment Report" (Hasar Tespit Tutanağı) from the courier. Claims of "damaged upon arrival" without an official courier report will not be accepted by PİSİFİK or the carrier.

Duties & Taxes

We aim to make the delivery experience as transparent as possible. Because PİSİFİK operates and ships from Türkiye, all international orders (outside of Türkiye) are shipped under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms.


International Orders (US, EU, UK & Rest of World):

Duties, import taxes, and local VAT are not included in your checkout total. As the recipient, you are strictly responsible for paying any applicable import duties, local taxes, and customs handling fees charged by your local government upon the arrival of your package.

Your checkout page will clearly indicate that duties and taxes are payable separately to customs during delivery. Refusal to pay these customs fees will result in the package being abandoned or returned to sender. In such events, PİSİFİK is not responsible for any lost merchandise, and original shipping costs are strictly non-refundable. Any return shipping fees charged by the carrier will be deducted from your final refund.

Package weight and dimensions

From time to time, we may offer promotional or free shipping. Any such offers will be clearly displayed in the Store and/or at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from the Store with:


A shipping confirmation, and

A tracking link to follow your order’s journey.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Lost, Delayed, or Returned-to-Sender Shipments

If your tracking shows a significant delay, is marked as “delivered” but you have not received the package, or the parcel is returned to sender, please contact pisifikstore@gmail.com with your order number.

We will review the case with the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or circumstances outside our control, but we will always do our best to help.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or a failed delivery attempt, we may:


Offer to reship the order (additional shipping fees will apply and must be paid by the customer), or

Refund the order minus the original shipping cost and any carrier return fees, depending on the situation.

Pre-Orders & Split Shipments

If your order contains pre-order items, the estimated dispatch timeline will be noted on the product page. Due to our custom manufacturing process, pre-orders typically dispatch within 10 to 20 business days (up to 30 business days during peak campaigns). In most cases:


Your full order will ship once all items are available.

If we ship items separately, you will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
