1. RETURN OVERVIEW We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unwashed, with original tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

2. MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO FOR DAMAGE CLAIMS (LEGAL PROOF) To protect both the customer and the brand from fraudulent claims:

Customers must record a continuous, unedited unboxing video starting from the sealed package until the product is fully inspected.

If the item arrives damaged or defective, this video is mandatory for a refund or replacement.

Claims for "damaged items" without a clear unboxing video will be rejected, as we cannot verify if the damage occurred during transit or after delivery.

3. RETURN SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Return labels must be purchased by the customer.

Customs Duties: Any customs fees or taxes incurred during the return process will be deducted from the final refund.

4. PRE-ORDER & PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Pre-orders: Cancellation or refunds for pre-order items are only possible within 24 hours of purchase. Once the production process begins, pre-orders cannot be cancelled.

Final Sale: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

5. NO EXCHANGES 

Direct Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges due to limited stock and international shipping complexities.

Size Accuracy: To avoid disappointment, please check our size chart carefully before purchasing. It is the customer's responsibility to select the correct size.

The Process: If your item does not fit and you need a different size, you must return your original item (at your expense) and, once the return is accepted and inspected, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. EUROPEAN UNION (EU) 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. However, the item must remain in its original condition, and return shipping costs still apply to the customer.

7. HOW TO START A RETURN Contact us at pisifikstore@gmail.com . Items sent back without an approved request will not be accepted. Once approved, we will provide specific instructions to avoid customs delays.

8. REFUNDS We will notify you once we’ve inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
