How can I reach customer service?
For all order and product inquiries, please contact pisifikstore@gmail.com Our team is available Monday to Friday. As an independent studio, we endeavor to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. Please ensure to email from the address you used to place your order, and include your order number in the subject line. We cannot assist you without your order number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed and processing begins, we are unable to modify or cancel it. If you made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible and our team will do their best to assist before the item ships.
Where do you ship from?
All Pisifik Archive pieces are designed, packed, and shipped directly from our studio in Istanbul, Türkiye.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer Premium Worldwide Shipping. We currently ship to major regions including North America (USA, Canada), the European Union, the UK, and select countries globally.
Note: We provide Free Premium Shipping on all global orders.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary by region. For international orders (e.g., USA and EU), premium shipping usually takes 4-8 business days once dispatched.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched from our Istanbul studio. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
What happens if my order is lost in transit?
While we do everything possible to ensure your order arrives safely, once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier (FedEx/UPS/DHL), we are unable to take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels. We recommend choosing a secure delivery address.
What is the return policy?
We offer returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and include all tags. To begin a return, contact us before sending your item back.
Please note: For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Do you accept exchanges?
We do not process direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Will I need to pay customs fees?
Customs duties and taxes depend on your delivery country and are not included in the product price.
- United States: Orders under $800 are generally exempt from customs duties.
- European Union & Rest of World: Orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. This means any local VAT, taxes, or customs duties are charged separately by your local customs office upon delivery.
These charges are set by local authorities and are non-refundable.
Duties & Taxes on Returns
For international orders, any duties and taxes paid to your local customs office are non-refundable by Pisifik Archive if you choose to return the item.
How should I care for my pieces?
Our pieces feature authentic grunge textures, acid washes, and heavy cotton fabrics. To preserve the cinematic aesthetic and prints:
- Wash inside out at low temperatures (Cold Wash).
- Do not tumble dry. Hang dry in the shade to maintain the fabric's raw structure.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Pisifik Archive collections (like the 0.0 Series) are produced in limited quantities to maintain their exclusivity. Most items will not be restocked once sold out.
How do I know how my products will fit?
Our pieces feature a signature baggy, oversized streetwear fit. Check the size guide on the product page before ordering!
